NYS were asked if they wanted to pass an amendment to the NYS constitution,
to change VI.12, VI.13 - to allow legislature to specify how the judges in Brooklyn's supreme court can be arranged, and to address terms and compensation of all judges
as proposed by the NYS Legislature
