Article VI: Judiciary • Section 18: Municipal court of New York City is continued.
The municipal court of the city of New York is continued and shall have and exercise the same jurisdiction and powers throughout the city of New York as it now possesses and such additional jurisdiction and powers as the legislature, from time to time, hereafter may prescribe.
