District Priorities: What do you think are the top 3 issues facing your district - and what is your plan to address each of those issues?
1. Housing
2. Economic Empowerment
3. Education.
I would like to implement a legacy program in public housing where residents 21 and over can own their apartments to keep them in the community. I would also create job fairs for Harlem residents. The last is to increase funding for all public schools in my district.
City Priorities: What do you think are the top 3 issues facing NYC as a whole - and what is your plan to address each of those issues?
1. Waste and Resource Consumption - My plan for Waste and Consumption is to push the city for composting programs and use community gardens to create affordable produce.
2. Food and Public Health - I would network with CSA groups to provide low payments for community residents.
3. Air and Emissions - For Air and Emissions my plan is to support using innovative policy and technology to create efficient vehicle traffic systems to prevent congestion which increases air pollution.
