The Text
And this convention doth further, in the name and by the authority of the good people of this state, ORDAIN, DETERMINE, AND DECLARE. That no member of this state shall be disfranchised, or deprived of any rights or privileges secured to the subjects of this state by this Constitution, unless by the law of the land, or the judgment of his peers.
