XII.1 of 1939 • State militia.

The Text

All able-bodied male citizens of the United States between the ages of eighteen and forty-five, who are residents of the state, and all other able-bodied male residents thereof between such ages, who have or shall have declared their intention to become citizens of the United States, shall constitute the militia, subject however to such exceptions and exemptions as are now, or may be hereafter created by the laws of the United States, or by the legislature of this state.
