The Text

The claims of the State against any incorporated company, to pay the interest and redeem the principal of the stock of the State, loaned or advanced to such company, shall be enforced, and not released or compromised; and the moneys arising from such claims shall be applied to the payment of said stock, or to repay the money which may be advanced to pay the same.
