I use judicial discretion fairing, and I always use judicial restraint.
How would you seek to ensure that juries selected for cases under your jurisdiction are fair and representative?
I personally do not have any control over the selecting process for juries.

As a member of national association of women judges, the organization was involved in legislation passed to support un-shackling pregnant woman in the courtroom.
