How would you prioritize the different functions of the office of council member?

Each council member determines how to staff her/his office, and which positions she/he seeks to fill. Which positions do you plan to fill?

as many s need it to serve the community, the staff play a very important role to help the community but first I will get the right advise from experience cummunity members and advocates

How will you recruit staffers?

• Engage consultants to shepherd the application and hiring process.

What criteria and process will you utilize in appointing community board members? Will you make your application process and any associated data transparent to the public, and if so, how?

This is top priority as people have real conserve about CB. I will only appoint members that will always put the community interest first

1. Rezoning - stop the rezoning plan and allow more input from the community.
2. Rent - protect tenants rights and provided service working with nonprofits.
3. Education - more after schools programs more funding for schools.

City Priorities: What do you think are the top 3 issues facing NYC as a whole - and what is your plan to address each of those issues?

1. Rent - create laws to control the market rate, protect rent control apartments change the law for rent control and stabilized rents.
2. Housing - more tax for foreign investor in real state, limit the tax law that allow landlords to claim vacant building, lands as loss.
3. Transportation - invest more money in transportation, work with the MTA. Make MTA budget public.
