How will you recruit staffers?

What criteria and process will you utilize in appointing community board members? Will you make your application process and any associated data transparent to the public, and if so, how?

Community Boards should be elected by community residents. I'd hold an election among applicants.
I believe in total transparency. I'd post data on relevant websites.
