Rachael manages our elections coverage, handling policy and candidate research, content – including our comprehensive questionnaires, and social media. She makes sure our information is thorough, well-informed, and up-to-date. We thank her for her skill in cutting through the noise and getting down to business, and keeping our work on track!

Studies

BA in Political Science and Music

MPA in Nonprofit Management from the University at Albany, with a Fellowship on Women and Public Policy through the Center for Women and Government

Wants

Improving women’s leadership in government and public policy, and ensure an informed and active electorate.

Loves

Hiking the national parks, going to farmers' markets, community gardening, learning new kids’ songs on her ukulele, and dreaming about opening up a coffee shop and selling homemade pies

Was the Director of Public Policy at Citizens Union, advocating for government reform efforts, lobbying state and local government, and serving as policy expert

Served as the Legislative Director for a NY state assemblymember, implementing legislative strategy, completing policy research, and working with other assemblymembers and advocates
